Bob Falsani
Since 1973 Bob Falsani has represented injured people in various types of litigation, including trials, arbitrations, settlements, mediations, workers' compensation matters, administrative hearings, social security disability hearings, and appeals in those areas.
Bob has represented people in work injuries, car accident, slip and fall, product liability, liquor liability, and social security disability cases.
Bob is a frequent lecturer at various seminars, primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. He has authored numerous articles and chapters in seminar materials in these subjects. Bob is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

In 2009 Bob Falsani won the prestigious "Lifetime Acheivement Award" from the MInnesota Association of Justice. It has been awarded only about 15 times in the 50+ years of the organization.
In 2009, he was again named a Super lawyer in Workers comp and have been so named every year since 1995. He was also was named a top 40 Super lawyer in WC for 2009 and had been previously. He was peer selected for Best Lawyers in America again in 2009 and have been selected each year since 1995. He has lectured to trial lawyer groups recently regarding Dramshop liability, slip/trip and fall cases, workers comp surgery/medical litigation, and civil trial tactics.
