Eric_Beyer-smBeginning in 1998 as an associate attorney, Eric has handled many types of litigation situations. From arbitrations and mediations to workers compensation trials and jury trials, Eric has successfully represented people who have sustained serious injury as a result of motor vehicle crashes, work and industrial accidents, dog bites, and premises liability incidents. He also handles nursing home neglect and carbon monoxide poisoning cases.  He is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

As a life-long resident of the area, Eric spends as much time outdoors as possible.  Camping and fishing with his wife and two children are top priorities. He also keeps busy coaching baseball and hockey, playing softball, and curling and hunting grouse with his brittany when he can.  

Community Involvement

  • Past member of the board of directors at the Two Harbors Curling Club
  • Current member of the Lake Park Little League board of directors 
  • Minnesota Association for Justice (MAJ) Board of Governors and convention and executive committees
  • Coach and on the board of directors for Portman Hockey in Duluth
  • Active in DFL politics and is currently treasurer of his local party unit
