Located in Duluth, Minnesota, the firm practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, social security disability and family law. Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer sponsored the second annual Women's Herstory Luncheon held by PAVSA on March 31, 2011 at Northland Country Club in Duluth. PAVSA is a Duluth organization based on supporting, educating, and advocating for the elimination of sexual violence. 

Volunteer Attorney of the Year for 2011

Jim Balmer was named Volunteer Attorney of the Year for 2011, following Bill Thompson's and Sean Quinn's receipt of the same award for 2009 and 2010, respectively. Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer was also named Volunteer Law Firm of the year for 2011. These awards are issued by the Northeastern Minnesota Volunteer Attorney Program as a result of the free legal work provided to those in need in the community.
