1973 Bob Falsani has represented injured people in various
types of litigation, including trials, arbitrations, settlements,
mediations, workers' compensation matters, administrative
hearings, social security disability hearings, and appeals
in those areas.
Bob has represented people in work injuries, car accident,
slip and fall, product liability, liquor liability, and
social security disability cases.
Bob is a frequent lecturer at various seminars, primarily
in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury.
He has authored numerous articles and chapters in seminar
materials in these subjects.
Bob is licensed to practice in state and federal courts
in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
