Work With A Team Of Widely Recognized Attorneys
Our attorneys have been widely recognized for their legal skill and ethical conduct. Several of our lawyers are AV Preeminent* or Distinguished peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest two designations available.
Robert Falsani has been selected for inclusion in the Minnesota Super Lawyers list from 1995 to present and as a Top 100 Lawyer out of approximately 17,000 lawyers by Twin Cities Business monthly. James Balmer has been a certified civil trial specialist since 1986 and was named as a “Top 40” Super Lawyer several times throughout his career. Jim Peterson was named a “Top 40” Super Lawyer for workers’ compensation.
Dedicated To Serving The Local Community
When our lawyers are not representing clients, they regularly engage in charitable work to serve the local community. Stephanie Balmer is on the board of governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice and serves on the board of directors for the Generations Health Care Initiatives organization, which looks to expand access to health care. Stephanie additionally serves on the board of directors and provides pro bono legal services for the Volunteer Attorney Program.
The Volunteer Attorney Program named James Balmer the Volunteer Attorney of the Year in the Sixth Judicial District for assisting Minnesota’s lower income populations.
Robert Falsani was awarded the Minnesota Association of Justice’s “Lifetime Achievement award” in 2009. Approximately 15 people have received this honor in over 50 years. The recipient must be respected by his legal peers and give back to the community or bar beyond typical expectations.
