Not so "smart" phones

Deaths arising from motor vehicle collisions are increasing. Some government officials blame that growth on "smartphones and other driving distractions," including increased driving among "risky drivers." Minnesota does not currently ban the use of hand-held phones (smart and otherwise), but maybe that's going to change soon.
