Stephanie M. Balmer

Stephanie was born and raised in Duluth. She completed her undergraduate courses at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. Stephanie returned to Duluth to join her father, Jim Balmer, and his partners in the representation of disadvantaged and injured people.

Stephanie and her family spend their time reading, enjoying local music, coaching and playing soccer, skiing, curling, and being with their high-energy dog, Florence.
